David Rowe, Senior Landscape Architect

David joined Hyland Edgar Driver in 2019 and since then has worked on a range of projects including the regeneration of Coventry City Centre (Upper Precinct & Market way) and developments within the London White City Regeneration Area (Gateway Central and West).
Since 2021 David has been working primarily on the Tideway super sewer scheme, helping to create and oversee delivery of several new areas of public realm along the River Thames between Chelsea and Blackfriars. Working directly from the various sites, David has been a key member of the architectural and engineering teams, helping to push the projects forward and providing a hands-on approach to problem solving and construction issues resolution.
David has a passion for infrastructure and urban regeneration projects, particularly those for use and enjoyment by the general public. Previous employment saw him help deliver award-winning urban regeneration schemes for east London and the Crossrail Place Roof Garden at Canary Wharf.
David has a particular interest in landscape construction and the use of BIM and 3D modelling in project delivery.
David is a passionate advocate for naturally ventilated office spaces.
