Festival Place, Basingstoke

Festival Place is an integrated town centre retail and leisure development with a landscape and public realm bringing a new quality to the town and a new public transport interchange providing improved access.

The design includes an urban park leading directly to the existing Eastrop Park and the public realm extending through a series of squares and routes is defined by a variety of artistic collaborations including ceramic water features and dynamic lighting installations.
