Jockey Club Racecourses Framework, Kempton Park, Newmarket, Cheltenham, Sandown and other UK racecourses

HED was awarded the Framework Agreement with Jockey Club Racecourses for its £120m development programme across a portfolio of fourteen racecourses.

Projects included; refurbishment of the Main Stand at Kempton Park and relocation of the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure plus a new flood-lit all-weather track and the improvement of infrastructure and facilities; a new grandstand and hotel for Epsom Downs; and the rejuvenation of the much loved July Course at Newmarket, the home of horse racing.
