Pinewoods Infants School, Farnborough

The school, located in Farnborough, provides a nurturing and inclusive environment which has transformed its setting, the site of an existing Scola school which was subject to an arson attack in 2004. The project has been constructed to very high standards and with sustainability at the forefront of design decisions.

The arrangement of the new school buildings and landscaped courtyard has created a community focused space, both secure in design and sociable in character. 

It has been created on a site of existing pine trees and offers an oasis in its urban context. 

The project was completed in 2008.
