Role - Associate and Senior Landscape Architect Roles

Pay - £35,000 - £55,000 per year

Job Type - Permanent

Location – Office based in Winchester

Role & Responsibilities - Senior Landscape Architect

  • Assisting with and running projects across all landscape sectors within a diverse and talented team (office, residential, mixed use, hospitality, masterplanning)
  • Organizing junior team members
  • Managing timescales and resource
  • Presenting to clients and working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Preparing presentations and visual communications and computer generated drawings
  • Developing RIBA stage packages from concept to delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
  • 4+ years industry experience (Senior)
  • Full UK Driving License; beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems
  • Experience delivering RIBA 2-7; beneficial
  • Experience running projects
  • Experience preparing LVIA’s could be beneficial
  • Highly motivated and with excellent work ethic
  • ACAD, Indesign, Sketchup,
  • Revit beneficial
